15 YEARS OF JAZZ, FRIENDSHIP, AND COMMUNITY — A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS! 🎶

As we prepare for an exciting new chapter in our 15-year journey celebrating UNESCO International Jazz Day, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation to two extraordinary gentlemen who have believed in our vision and helped make it possible.

A special thank you to our Title Sponsor, Don Festermaker, and our Festival Chairman, Al Molina.

Your friendship, leadership, generosity, and continued support have helped us bring the joy of jazz to communities throughout Arizona.

From our early celebrations in Phoenix to the Scottsdale Jazz Festival, we have spent these years building something much greater than a concert. We have built relationships, celebrated musical legends, supported talented artists, and introduced new generations to America’s original art form — JAZZ!

NOW, THE JOURNEY CONTINUES!

In April 2027, we will launch our Northern Arizona Jazz Appreciation Month Tour, bringing the spirit of International Jazz Day to Prescott, Sedona, and Flagstaff, featuring The Nayo Jones Experience, special musical guests, educational opportunities, and celebrations of Arizona’s rich cultural heritage.

This is more than a tour. It’s the beginning of our next chapter — expanding our mission beyond Scottsdale and bringing world-class jazz to communities across our beautiful state.

To Don Festermaker and Al Molina, thank you for standing with us as we continue building this legacy.

The first 15 years were just the beginning. The best is yet to come!
